Program Consultant: Provides on-going technical assistance and training to local Smart Start partnerships, in conjunction with state collaborators, in designing and implementing programs to address the needs of children birth to 5 across North Carolina. Requires 5 years progressively responsible professional-level experience relevant in Program Consultation, management, or training, preferably with an early childhood focus. Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred; requires excellent writing, Excel and Word skills, and 50% travel within NC. $42,100 - $52,625 per year, with excellent benefits.
